Fukuroda Falls

〜One of 'Three Famous Falls in Japan',
also called 'Yodo-no-taki'〜

'Yodo' means 'four times' in Japanese. We hear that a priest Saigyo Houshi came here and said, in ancient times, "If not having come each season (four times), people can't know true beauty of this waterfall." It freezes in winter. Its scenery is mysterious and beautiful in particular.
